De Haven- en Scheepvaart Vereniging (HSV) Den Helder is een vereniging die zich ten doel stelt functionarissen uit het bedrijfsleven en de overheid, die - direct of indirect - belang hebben en/of betrokken zijn bij het gebruik, de ontwikkeling en de verbetering van het havengebeuren in Den Helder bij elkaar te brengen.

Den Helder Support Service, founded in 1997, is one of the renowned shipping agents which in addition to its customers in the shipping sector, is also very active in serving customers in the offshore industry. Above all seismic contractors regularly call upon the expertise and facilities of Den Helder Support Service, whose management has built up years of experience in the offshore sector. The company”s offices are located directly at the main dock site, and since mid-1998, the company has also been highly active at Den Helder Airport where helicopters services are being carried out for several oil companies.
